- Refrigerant sniffer went off at discharge hose connection at compressor. Suction hose at compressor looks damp but no hits seen. Expansion valve at firewall looks like it's been leaking and collecting dirt but no hits seen. Recommend replacing o-rings at both hoses at AC compressor and o-rings at expansion valve. Hooked AC machine up to vehicle to put some refrigerant in to check compressor operation and system was empty. Pulled system into a vacuum, filled with CO2 and discharge hose at compressor was just venting out CO2. At a minimum need to fix that before continuing testing.
- EVAPORATOR EXPANSION VALVE O-Ring replacement
- Remove and replace O-rings on lIne from AC compressor
- Evac/Recharge A/C
