    • Engine codes: P046 EVAP vent control problem. P0463 Fuel level sensor circuit signal high/open. P1811 Maximum adapt & long shift. > Did not hear an electrical noise while braking. Did hear a hissing/vacuum noise and the pitch changes when brakes are applied. Fuel trims were maxed lean. Pinched off vacuum line to booster, hissing sound/vacuum leak went away, and fuel trims straightened out. > On the road test the transmission shifted fine. Transmission fluid is foamy and black. Transmission cooler lines/hoses are damp. Code P1811 refers to the transmission. Need to start with a transmission fluid filter and fluid change. NO GUARANTEE THIS IS GOING TO FIX IT AND COULD POSSIBLY MAKE IT WORSE LEADING TO A TRANSMISSION REPLACEMENT.
    • Half of the fingers on the fuel level sensor that rides on the potentiometer are broken off.
    • No evap system leaks. Fuel tank pressure sensor is reading vacuum all the time. Whether it's at atmospheric pressure (fuel filler cap removed) or with pressure added to system (smoke machine/leak detector).
    • AC isn't very cold, could use an evac & recharge, didn't see any obvious leaks. Brake fluid is black. Power steering fluid is black and stinky. Valve cover gaskets leaking. Coolant is low in overflow bottle. Coolant stains under water pump pulley. Rack and pinion is leaking. Outer tie rod end boots are ripped and have play. Right front outer CV boot torn in half and slinging grease. Rear lower control arm front bushings (2) are dry rotted and crumbling, both sides. Power steering pump is damp. Transmission cooler lines are damp. Front sway bar bushings dry rotted and crumbling.
    • POWER BRAKE BOOSTER – Remove & Replace – Vacuum
    • TRANSAXLE OIL FILTER – Remove & Replace

    • Low side schrader core "percolating" dye/oil and refrigerant. Added some refrigerant and system started blowing cold. Looked over rest of system with refrigerant sniffer and couldn't find any other leaks at this time. Need to replace low side schrader core and do an evac & recharge.
    • Replaced low side schrader. Rechecked both after service and there were no leaks.
