    • Found a broken wires (yellow signal and ground wire) in door jam harness. Didn't physically see it but had an ohm meter hooked up to either end and moved harness in door jam. Was getting continuity to open circuit displayed on meter. Ran jumper wires to bypass break and door read closed on scan tool.
    • Run new wires in right rear door harness.
    • HVAC codes: B1083-07 Recirculation damper motor – mechanical failure. B11F0-12 Air intake damper position sensor – circuit short to battery Mode door on drivers side clicking. Mostly likely a stripped gear in actuator. Recirculation door actuator not moving, either by head unit or scan tool command. Removed actuator and found door broken, piece that actuator slides into is broken.
    • HVAC DOOR ACTUATOR – Remove & Replace – Floor/Defrost Door

    • Vehicle came in with about a quart of oil in the engine. Engine oil cooler developed a crack internally allowing engine oil to get into cooling system.
    • Flushed cooling system twice with degreaser and water.
    • Removed coolant recovery tank to get out remaining oil resedue.
