Electronic Gear Selector Module (EGSM): P0919 Gear shift position control error. P0705 Transmission range sensor 1 circuit (PRNDL input). Checked power and ground at EGSM – both good. Checked data lines going into the EGSM – all four wires had the required approximate 2.5 volts. Need to start with a EGSM. Vehicle had a bunch of other codes, may require additional diagnosis after EGSM is replaced.
