U1267 No valid data available from ESM on CAN-C or CAN D-PT. U0103 Lost comm with Electronic Gear Shift module U11E3 TCM lost comm with D-PT CAN. P1DF3 ECU not initialized. Electronic Gear Selector Module (EGSM): P0919 Gear shift position control error. P0705 Transmission range sensor 1 circuit (PRNDL input). Checked power and ground at EGSM – both good. Checked data lines going into the EGSM – all four wires had the required approximate 2.5 volts. Need to start with a EGSM. Vehicle had a bunch of other codes, may require additional diagnosis after EGSM is replaced.
    • RIght side exhaust manifold has a broken bolt.
    • GEAR SELECTOR CONTROL – Remove & Replace – 8 Spd Trans Shifter,Electronic Shift Module (ESM)

    • Codes: Engine: P2503 Charging system output low. Door module LF & FR B21A1. HVAC: B1058-92, B210A-84, B210D-84. TPMS: C0077, C1504-96, C1501-96, C1503-96, C15-2-96, C151D. Battery voltage at idle 12.4v. Rev to 2000 rpm comes up to 13.5v. Turn on accessories and drops to 11.99v. Alternator bearing making noise. Need to start with an alternator.
    • Replaced alternator. Tested good and at 14 Volts.
