Engine codes: P0520 Engine oil pressure sensor circuit. P2503 Charging system output low. P1521 Incorrect engine oil type. P0440 General evap system failure. No leaks in EVAP system. Purge valve works. Need to start with a NVLD.
Alternator is putting out 12.4 volts at idle. If the RPMs are increased it will get over 13 volts. With accessories on, RPM up, it's just over 12 volts. Bearing is also making noise. Needs an alternator.
Oil filter is leaking. Last oil change we did was 23,0000 miles ago. Our oil filter is not on there.
Right front lower rear control arm has play. Upper radiator hose is leaking.
Low side service port cap made a "psst" sound. Refrigerant sniffer went nuts on both service ports. Since we replaced the scharders once before, the lines will now have to be replaced.

On the road test the transmission felt fine on city and highway streets. There is possibly a tire or wheel bearing noise heard. Just about all of the aftermarket transmission lines (for the device that allows vehicle to be towed?) are leaking. Recommend replacing the hose with upgraded transmission cooler hose that we have. Transmission fluid is on the dark side but still red. Fluid appears to be overfilled (using scan tool, dip stick tool, and fluid level/temperature chart). Chrysler recommends fluid and filter to be changed at 60,000 miles. Transmission cooler is not bolted to anything. It's just "thrown in" in front of the condenser behind bumper cover. And there is a rock wedged between the transmission cooler and condenser.
Using electronic listening ears, the right front wheel bearing is making A LOT of noise. RIght rear is also making noise but not as bad. Left side front and rear are quiet.
Replaced 5 transmission oil cooler hoses, mounted loose transmission cooler/fabricate support bracket (removed front facia). Oil cooler lines were fuel hose, replaced with transmission cooler hose.
